History Center in Tompkins County -
4/11: 11:30 am-3:30 pm - A Day of Family Fun. Aviation Experts will demonstrate the dynamics of flight. Live music and games for children of all ages.
3/21-4/25: Fly Now: will offer a fascinating traveling exhibit from ExhibitsUSA featuring high quality reproductions of aviation posters from the Smithsonian Institution's Air and Space Museum collection. The posters date from 1860 to the present, encompassing a spectrum of countries and styles.
4/11-5/23: Heroes of the Sky: Adventures in early Flight: celebrating the 100th anniversary of flight through stories of fliers, businessmen, and inventors from the first forty years of aviation.

4/8-5/10: Archaeology by Rachel Axler: Four quirky twenty-somethings are thrown together by a suspicious earthquake, an experiment with a Möbius strip and the possibility of time travel in this world premiere comedy from Emmy Award- winning writer Rachel Axler. Axler was until recently the only woman writer on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Now she has left that show to write for Parks and Recreation, the upcoming NBC mockumentary starring Amy Poehler (SNL). Thursday Performances at 7:30PM Friday & Saturday at 8:00PM and Sunday at 4PM. 4/11: 2:00 pm- 3:00 pm: Families Learning Science Together: Join the library and the Cornell Center for Materials Research as we explore Vitamin C. Families will determine the vitamin C concentration in assorted fruit drinks by using a scientific technique called Titration.
4/15: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Teen Game Nights: Dance, Dance Revolution, Guitar Hero, Wii and board games.
4/16: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Opening Reception for Art and the Librarian: The exhibit will feature art work in a variety of media created by Tompkins County librarians, staff and Trustees.
4/16: 6:00 pm: From New York to New Delhi: Family Planning Access. Emme Edmunds will share the similarities and differences of family planning in New York and urban India and the impact access to family planning has on women of both Indian and American Cultures.
4/17: 2:00 pm: Books into Movies: Children and their families are invited to watch The Spiderwick Chronicles, based on the book by Tony DiTerlizzi and Holly Black.
